By accessing or using Zi Wei Charts at ziweicharts.com or via our desktop application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Zi Wei Charts is a Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) chart generator that calculates and displays astrological charts based on birth data you provide. The Service includes free chart generation and optional paid features (detailed interpretations and PDF export).
The astrological interpretations provided by this Service are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in matters of health, finance, relationships, or any other life decisions. Descriptive claims about the Service's features (for example, comparative statements on our landing page) reflect our good-faith assessment of the Service and do not constitute a guarantee of results or fitness for any particular purpose.
Paid tiers are available as one-time purchases of $2.99 USD (Basic) and $19.99 USD (Pro), processed securely by Stripe. These are one-time, non-recurring charges. There is no subscription and nothing will automatically renew. After purchase, paid features are unlocked immediately and persist in your browser or device.
Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason by contacting support@ziweicharts.com. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
Hawaii residents. In addition to the standard 7-day refund policy above, Hawaii law (Haw. Rev. Stat. § 481B-5.5) entitles Hawaii residents to request a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. If you are a Hawaii resident and wish to request a refund or exchange within 60 days, email support@ziweicharts.com.
App Store and Microsoft Store purchases are governed by Apple's and Microsoft's respective refund policies.
All content, design, code, and interpretations on this Service are the property of Zi Wei Charts and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Charts you generate from your own birth data are yours to keep, export, and share freely.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO CLAIMS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR PREDICTIVE VALUE OF ANY ASTROLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, WHICH ARE OFFERED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zi Wei Charts' total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to:

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the state in which the Service operator resides, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to proceed in your home state.
